Terms for creating with iPadian.

These terms cover the free iPadian MCP plugin and web-app simulator at os.ipadian.net, provided by EL AKHAL EESTI under the iPadian brand.

The service

iPadian lets you explore starter apps and preview self-contained web apps created with an AI assistant. No iPadian desktop purchase is required. Your assistant provider’s own terms, eligibility requirements, and usage limits apply separately.

Your creations

You retain whatever rights you hold in the content you provide. You allow iPadian to process and display that content as needed to deliver your requested preview. You are responsible for ensuring you may use the code, images, text, and other materials you provide, and for checking generated output before using or sharing it.

Use responsibly

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, harmful code, or attempts to bypass the preview sandbox or disrupt the service. Do not include credentials or sensitive personal information in your app code.

Saving and backups

Save locally stores app code in this browser, not a cloud account. Storage can be cleared or unavailable. Runtime progress and inputs are not preserved. Export important work and keep your own backups. iPadian cannot restore a local library that has been deleted.

Simulator limitations

The previews are web simulations, not native iOS devices or compatibility certification. iPadian does not install iOS or native iPhone apps. Its App Store is a collection of starter web apps. iPadian Pay is a fictional demonstration and does not process money, verify identity, or collect real card details.

Availability and changes

Features may change or become temporarily unavailable. Generated apps may contain errors; test their behavior before relying on them. We may restrict access where needed to address abuse, security incidents, or legal requirements.

Your legal protections

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not change the separate purchase or refund terms for paid iPadian desktop software.

iPadian is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple. References to device types describe simulator preview modes. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
