iPadian MCP guides
Preview AI-generated web apps
See how a small HTML app behaves across different screen sizes before you keep it.
Give your assistant a complete app
Enable iPadian in your MCP client and ask it to call preview_app with the complete HTML. The app needs inline CSS and JavaScript; external requests, libraries, browser storage and nested frames are blocked.
Use iPadian to preview a complete HTML focus timer. Include inline styles and JavaScript, start and pause controls, a reset button, and a duration selector. Use no external resources. Start in iPhone view.
Choose a preview mode
- iPhone: check narrow layouts, tap targets and long labels.
- Duo: compare Phone, Unfolded and Book postures.
- iPad: compare portrait and landscape layouts.
- Headless: use the full space available in the host.
The view simulates a web-app layout. It does not install or execute native iOS apps.
Check the interaction
Use the app’s controls, check empty and completed states, and look for clipped text or unexpected scrolling. Changing preview mode can restart the running app. Use a stable app ID when asking for revisions so the assistant can update the same creation.
Keep the code
Save locally stores code and preview preferences in that browser. Export HTML gives you a portable backup. Running progress and inputs are not saved, and there is no cloud library or cross-device sync.
When the interactive view does not appear
The server uses Streamable HTTP at https://os.ipadian.net/mcp. A compatible client can discover open_ipadian and preview_app, but in-chat rendering also requires MCP Apps support.
Use the browser preview to explore the home screen and starter apps. A normal GET request to the protocol URL may return a method error; paste it into your client’s MCP settings instead.
